If you go online and grant yourself a postponement, the date given is not the next date for you to appear, it is the date that your postponement is good until. Once that date passes, please wait until you receive another summons with a new date to appear.

All you need is your Badge Number and your Date of Birth

Once logged in you can do the following:

  • Review and change your contact information
  • Enter in your one way mileage
  • Indicate if you are a government employee
  • Indicate that you WILL be appearing on your summoned date
  • Request Excuse (you will need to mail, email or fax verification of excuse)
  • Request Schedule Change (Postponement)
  • Check to see if your Excuse or Postponement has been granted
  • Check to see if the trial has been cancelled

Security of Juror Information and Court Contacts

The Superior Court of California, County of Mono, has learned that persons representing themselves as court officials may be contacting prospective jurors and asking for personal information. Please be advised that official Court personnel do not request personal information from jurors by telephone.

Should you receive a telephone call from someone identifying themselves as a court employee and requesting personal information such as a social security number, date of birth, credit card numbers, etc. please contact the fraud unit at your local law enforcement agency. Please also contact our Deputy Jury Commissioner for the Superior Court of California, County of Mono at (760) 924-5444.
