Bad actors posing as the Courts have sent texts demanding payment. Do not click on these links and block the sender. The Court does not send out texts demanding payment.

Fax Filing

Effective March 15, 2025, Mono Superior Court will no longer accept Fax Filings.  

Mono Superior Court has transitioned to permissive electronic filing (e-Filing) for Civil, Family Law, Probate, and Small Claims case types.  Please click here for more information on e-Filing.
